How to make the world a better place part 1 the media

One of the most powerful tools every person has is information. If you control information you can control people's judgements. The goverments of the world have already control what information the people have had, this dates back to when the only way to talk to someone far away was to sent a letter that could get lost, when radios were forbidden, when phones weren't common place. Today we have the internet and now almost all people can speak freely to anyone in any country.

But the media still haunts us, the media will freely call opinions facts and facts opinions, not tell us the biggest things or the smallest, and their payed by the powers that be. Why don't we do anything about this. We have the biggest information database in the world, The world wide web. Devices that can record video and sound have been around for years and theirs prices have drop so much over the last few years.

I say if the media won't give us what we want, we should take it on are own hands.
It doesn't have to be that high quality, If 100 people for every state would buy a video camera of some form of recording device with video and audio would let us see and hear what's going on in the world, we would have over 5000 thousands eyes and hears in the world. Don't just record the things related the state, goverment or country, Shared anything that happens at school, at work, at the park or in the street. Its only because they are dark alley that crimes can occur freely. With information comes freedom and power to stop problems before they begin.

If you can't get camera or even if you can, a blog can be just as helpful. Increasing awareness will make are world a much better then now were people can freely alter the facts as they like and get away with it because theirs no where else to turn. Thank for you for reading this, please share your thoughts.
